Job description

Long Lewis of Tuscumbia is seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, and highly organized individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant Assistant. In this role, you will provide valuable support to our Sales Consultants, helping keep the sales process running smoothly by assisting with administrative tasks, customer follow-up, vehicle preparation, and day-to-day dealership operations. 

While previous customer service or sales experience is preferred, we welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to Sales Consultants throughout the sales process.
  • Assist with customer follow-up, appointment confirmations, and general communication.
  • Prepare and organize sales paperwork and customer documentation.
  • Help coordinate vehicle deliveries, ensuring vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customers.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform data entry as needed.
  • Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and Detail Departments to support a seamless customer experience.
  • Assist with merchandising vehicles and maintaining the appearance of the showroom and lot.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable, proactive, and eager to support a team.
