  • Gather, compile, and validate operational and outcomes data from internal systems and external sources, identifying missing or inconsistent data related to client outcomes (hospitalizations, service interruptions, terminations of care).
  • Review information across internal systems to ensure data is accurately captured and aligned between platforms.
  • Analyze collected data to identify discrepancies, trends, operational risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and present summaries, reports, and presentations outlining findings and key insights for internal leadership and stakeholders.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications to organize, analyze, and report on data.
  • Use approved productivity and AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency, while independently verifying accuracy.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple assignments while consistently meeting deadlines, proactively flagging questions or potential issues to supervisors.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA requirements and Altocare privacy policies in all data handling.
  • Assist with additional data, reporting, or operational projects as responsibilities evolve.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to learn new software platforms (including EMR systems) quickly.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or currently in progress.
  • Well suited for individuals beginning their careers in healthcare administration, data analytics, business operations, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inconsistencies or gaps in information.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and thorough review before submission.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with comfort speaking professionally with clients, family members, providers, payors, and internal teams.
  • Comfort using AI-assisted productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) for non-PHI tasks, with a clear understanding of data privacy boundaries.
  • Understanding of, or willingness to be trained on, HIPAA requirements and confidentiality obligations related to handling PHI.
