We are currently hiring for the role of Sales Specialist.

SUMMARY  

The Sales Specialist is an entry-level role within the Inside Sales team. This position is focused on delivering exceptional customer service, efficiently processing orders, and supporting the overall sales process. Sales Specialists build a strong foundation in Kele’s systems, products, and customer service standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with timely and accurate information.
  • Enters and processes orders accurately in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Supports quoting efforts by creating basic quotes and forwarding more complex requests to appropriate team members.
  • Follows up on open quotes, backorders, and shipping updates.
  • Escalates complex issues to Technical Sales Specialists or Senior Technical Sales Specialists.
  • Promotes Kele’s products and services using ASLAN principles.
  • Maintains accurate documentation in order entry and internal tracking systems.
  • Participates in product and service training to build product knowledge and sales skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of industrial distribution or process/combustion equipment is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn company ERP/CRM systems
