Quality Clerk 
 
Job Summary 
Ensure that daily and monthly data entry and reporting is up to date. Assist Quality Manager, Quality Supervisor and Quality department with correspondence, internal and customer related reports. 
 
Responsibilities
  • Maintain Quality documentation including SPC charts, and files. 
  • Data entry, review charts and graphs for accuracy. 
  • Enter Fast Response, SPC, scrap and IFS data as needed. 
  • Produce and post regularly scheduled departmental reports. 
  • Coordinate Archive/Record Retention System. 
 
Academic/Educational Requirements 
  • Successful completion of Secondary School education or equivalent. 

Required Skills/Experience 
  • Understanding of Statistical Process Control. 
  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret engineering drawings. 
  • Basic math skills. 
  • Attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate work with others. 
  • Computer skills in Windows, MS Office, Access, Outlook or similar programs. 
  • Maintain continuous learning in order to keep up with new developments in the field.
