Womens Apparel Sales Data Analyst and Entry

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter data into the ERP system

  • Improve and maintain sales efficiency

  • Provide daily support to assist the sales team in decision-making

  • Utilize Excel and other tools to perform extensive data analysis

  • Monitor data and system rules to ensure data integrity

  • Analyze and respond to inquiries from members of the sales team

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (Required)

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Required)

  • Entry-level position (0–2 years of experience; recent graduates welcome )

  • Experience in sales operations, sales strategy, or a related field (experience in the women’s apparel wholesale clothing industry preferred)

  • Comfortable working with large data sets

  • Familiarity with ERP systems; Salesforce experience is a plus

  • Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Preferred: Bilingual in Korean and English

  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently
