Under the mentorship of experienced departmental managers and senior specialists, you will master sourcing strategies, market trend analysis, vendor relations, and operational workflows with the ultimate goal of transitioning into a full Buyer role upon successful completion.Key ResponsibilitiesRotational & Hands-On Training: Train directly across assigned operational departments to build a deep understanding of company functions, product lines, and distribution workflows.Buyer Expertise Development: Learn and execute core buying functions including market trend analysis, sourcing strategies, business planning, product development, and inventory management systems.Vendor & Dealer Relations: Build strong, professional relationships with vendors and retail dealers.
