What we need:
The Training Coordinator is an entry-level contributor that will work closely with the local HR team to facilitate all trainings and programs associated with new hire onboarding and orientation. This role provides administrative support to help identify and address organizational training needs and support a culture of continuous learning.
What you'll do:
  • Ensure the New Team Member Experience program is welcoming, thorough, and incorporates company culture.
  • Coordinates with production training leaders to support and coach new hires for on-the-job performance.
  • Aid in implementing innovative opportunities for advancement and career paths for employees.
  • Partner with HR and Talent Development to gather data to analyze employee retention.
  • Assist with all aspects of HR process and procedures.
  • Assist in developing training programs or methods.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

What you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
