Our firm is growing, and we are seeking an Associate Financial Planner who is actively pursuing the CFP® designation and is ready to step into a client‑facing, relationship‑driven role with structured mentorship and a clear path toward becoming a full advisor.

Portfolio & Investment Support

Qualifications

Required

·         CFP® coursework completed or in final semester
·         Actively pursuing Series 7 
·         Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills
·         Client-facing experience (internships included)
·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
·         Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail
·         Ability to work on-site in Springfield, MA
 
Preferred
·         Experience with financial planning software (RightCapital, eMoney, MoneyGuidePro)
·         Internship or entry-level experience in financial planning
·         State health, life, disability, and variable annuity licenses
