We are seeking a Procurement Data Analyst Student in Edmonton, Alberta, that is available for 4 or 8 months starting in September 8, 2026. As an Procurement Data Analyst Student you will contribute to our team by:

Responsibilities
  • Translates business needs into production reports and dashboards.
  • Participates in advanced analytics projects.
  • Liaises with business, technology, and support teams to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Evaluates the outcomes of implemented solutions, identifying and utilizing appropriate methods to measure their impact and effectiveness.
  • Creates and maintain process and system documentation.
  • Assists with quality assurance / system testing.
What you will bring to the role:
  • Currently enrolled in a program related to computing science, information management, statistics, or a business program with a focus on data analytics or operations research.
  • Keen interest in inventory and distribution practices and data management as it applies to business intelligence and analytics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly gain proficiency in new software.
  • Ability to work and facilitate in a team environment.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and multi task.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI is preferred.
  • Experience with relational databases and SQL is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python and R is preferred but not required.
