Overview

The HR Analyst Intern will support the Human Resources team by assisting with data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in HR analytics, workforce planning, and operational efficiency. The intern will gain hands-on experience working with HR data, systems, and business partners to help drive informed decision-making.


Responsibilities
  • Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing HR data (e.g., headcount, turnover, recruiting metrics, and employee engagement)
  • Support the creation and maintenance of HR dashboards, reports, and presentations
  • Help identify trends, patterns, and insights to support HR and business initiatives
  • Partner with HR team members on workforce planning, talent acquisition analytics, and performance metrics
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of HR systems and databases (e.g., HRIS)
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting requests from HR leadership and business stakeholders
  • Participate in process improvement projects to enhance HR operations and reporting efficiency
  • Support documentation of HR processes, policies, and data definitions
  • Conduct benchmarking and research on industry HR trends and best practices
  • Assist with confidential data handling, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations

Qualifications
  • A May 2027 graduate enrolled in an accredited College/University - Required

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Psychology, or a related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables); familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

  • Interest in HR analytics, workforce data, and business insights
