Résumé du poste

Sous la responsabilité du directeur Crédit, l’Analyste crédit opère dans un environnement Fintech à haute vélocité où les outils d’automatisation et d’aide à la décision sont au cœur du quotidien. Tu analyses un fort volume de dossiers de crédit, gères un flux important d’appels avec les concessionnaires partenaires et prends des décisions rapides et éclairées — le tout en maintenant un niveau de qualité et de conformité élevé. Un rôle taillé pour quelqu’un qui aime la cadence, la résolution de problèmes et l’impact concret.


Responsabilités principales

  • Analyser un fort volume de dossiers de crédit automobile et rendre des décisions rapides et éclairées dans des délais serrés
  • Évaluer le collatéral véhicule : valeur marchande, Loan to Value, kilométrage, année, usure et historique d’accidents
  • Détecter les signaux de fraude : incohérences documentaires, faux talons de paie, manipulations de contrats, prête-noms
  • Appliquer les politiques de risque : seuils d’approbation, matrices de tarification, avances maximales, acomptes et garanties
  • Gérer un volume élevé d’appels téléphoniques avec les concessionnaires partenaires (F&I) pour clarifier les dossiers, résoudre les problèmes en temps réel et accélérer le cycle d’approbation
  • Recommander des structures adaptées : terme, acompte, coemprunteur, produits complémentaires
  • Documenter les décisions (notes, justifications, pièces) et participer aux revues post-financement et audits qualité
  • Travailler en synergie avec les outils automatisés et les flux intelligents de la plateforme pour optimiser la prise de décision

Profil recherché

  • Une première expérience en crédit à la consommation — le secteur automobile est un atout important
  • Excellente maîtrise du français, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
  • Capacité démontrée à gérer un fort volume de dossiers et d’appels tout en maintenant rigueur et précision
  • À l’aise pour prendre des décisions rapides sous pression, avec un bon jugement analytique
  • Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
  • Bonnes aptitudes en communication — l’anglais est un atout
