The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career who is looking to build their skills and make a meaningful impact. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to support hiring across a variety of roles while learning the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer.
You'll gain exposure to recruiting across Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and other business functions while developing strong partnerships with hiring managers and helping deliver a great candidate experience. You'll be supported by an experienced recruiting leader who will provide coaching and mentorship, while giving you the opportunity to take ownership, grow your confidence, and expand your recruiting expertise.
This position is based in Lehi, Utah, with a hybrid schedule requiring employees to work from our Lehi office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
What You'll Do
  • Support full-cycle recruiting across the US for a variety of roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.
  • Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
  • Conduct recruiter screens and help guide candidates through the interview process.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience from application through offer.
  • Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows within Greenhouse.
  • Assist with offer preparation, onboarding coordination, and other recruiting activities.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
  • Learn and develop recruiting best practices while working alongside an experienced Talent Acquisition team.
What We're Looking For
  • 1-2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enjoys building relationships and creating a positive candidate experience.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or other ATS platforms is a plus, but not required.
  • Interest in technology and cybersecurity is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Ability to work from our Lehi office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
