Essential Job Responsibilities * Mechanical assembly and installation of electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies * Work with team members in assembly and integration of new and existing products * Deliver work according to quality requirements and work instructions * Adhere to processes and procedures to meet business and program objectives * Analyze and identify opportunities for process improvements * Efficiently operate hand tools such as drills, torque wrenches, wire cutters, wire strippers & crimpers * Identify and resolve tasks independently * Follow ESD principles and safeguarding practices * Able to lift 40 pounds Minimum Qualifications * Technician 2 - High School Diploma or equivalent and 3+ years related experience. * Technician 1 - High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years related experience; or Associates Degree or other 2 year technical degree in related discipline and 0 years experience. * Ability to read and understand assembly drawings, part lists, connection diagrams, schematics, engineering sketches. * Ability to work with standardized procedures for high repeatability in an advanced and connected environment. * Ability to obtain IPC-610, IPC-620, and IPC-J-STD-001 certification. * Self-motivated and driven desire to succeed with minimal direction. * Ability to work both in a team and individually. * Must be familiar with hand tools such as torque wrenches, wire cutters, strippers & crimpers, and soldering. * Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a DoD government clearance.
