Department: Govt Customer-Chantilly

Location: Chantilly, VA


TENICA is looking to hire a Data Scientist. Must have active TS/SCI with CI poly.


Position Description:

The Cyber Data Science Engineer provides support to the customer in the area of Cyber Security. Daily Tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Utilize analytical, statistical, and programming skills to collect, analyze, and interpret large cybersecurity data sets
  • Develop data-driven solutions
  • Analyze data sets found in the customer's vulnerability scanning, auditing, authorization, and configuration management tools
  • Import, transform, analyze, and visualize data and report actionable insights to the customer (e.g., Tableau)
  • Provide analysis and graphical presentations of collected metrics for IA compliance status reporting
  • Support and evolve legacy visualization and situational awareness tools based on Microsoft Excel into modern data-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with Risk Management teams to develop means to integrate, automate, and provide dynamic visualization capabilities for risk management efforts


Requirements

Required:

  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI with Poly· Able to support customer’s core hours (0900-1500; Mon – Fri)
  • Must possess DoD 8570 certification in IAT or IAM or able to attain within 6 months of contract start
