Job description

Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking a junior level All Source Intelligence Analyst to provide analysis of multi-INT data to support production of analytic and targeting products to a national-level customer. The analyst will evaluate diverse datasets and produce specialized intelligence products and briefings for a variety of stakeholders, including tactical teams as well as policymakers. The ideal candidate has experience supporting the intelligence and/or law enforcement communities, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment under supervision.
Key Responsibilities of this role include:
  • Integrating and analyzing disparate, raw data to uncover patterns and trends, developing actionable intelligence to inform and disrupt;
  • Developing, coordinating, incorporating feedback within, and delivering all-source intelligence products, targeting products, and/or briefings;
  • Ensuring all products adhere to applicable customer and community standards;
  • Maintaining quality standards as directed by the program leadership team and supporting the implementation of corrective actions as needed;
  • Engaging with colleagues to support initiatives designed to enhance customer tools and close capabilities gaps

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph;
  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, 4 years of additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree;
  • Knowledge of analytic methodologies and tradecraft, and ability to apply those skills within the intelligence cycle;
  • Familiarity with the use of visual analysis tools to support the development of data-driven products;
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills;
  • Ability to effectively communicate with diverse technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills to resolve issues with support from leadership

Target Salary Range
$80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
