Job Summary
We are hiring Entry Level Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a long-term career in manufacturing with a company that offers hands-on training, stability, and clear paths for advancement.
In this role, you'll work with production equipment and materials to support the manufacturing process, while learning valuable skills in machine operation, quality control, and industrial processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate production equipment and assist with day-to-day manufacturing processes
  • Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
  • Perform basic quality checks during production
  • Support machine setups, changeovers, and routine operations
  • Identify and report equipment or process issues
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth production flow

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
  • Basic math and reading skills
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments
  • Forklift experience or willingness to learn
  • Mechanical aptitude or experience working with tools

Work Environment / Schedule
  • Hands-on, physical role in a manufacturing setting
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
  • Standing, walking, and moving throughout the shift
  • Exposure to varying temperatures and industrial conditions
  • Opportunities for overtime depending on production needs

Why This Role?
  • Entry-level opportunity with on-the-job training
  • Stable, full-time position with a reputable manufacturing company
  • Clear opportunities for advancement into higher-level operator and technical role.
  • Gain valuable, transferable skills in a high-demand industry

If you want, I can also create a more "high-volume hiring" version (shorter, punchier, optimized for Indeed applies) or a blue-collar-style version that tends to pull in more hands-on candidates.
