Description

We are seeking a Junior CRM to join our growing marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will support the day-to-day operation of our CRM systems, helping keep data clean, campaigns running smoothly, and internal teams supported. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and excited to learn how CRM platforms power modern marketing and sales efforts.

At Panorama, we live by the slogan "Simpler Process. Better Pricing." We are a forward-thinking team of doers who value clarity, momentum, and getting things done right. Our marketing department is collaborative, fast-paced, and constantly evolving. With guidance from senior team members, you'll have the opportunity to grow your technical and operational skills while contributing to impactful marketing initiatives across the business.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the day-to-day administration of the CRM platform, including user setup, permissions, basic configurations, and data control.
  • Assist with the execution of CRM campaigns, email journeys, workflows, and automations in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Maintain accurate contact lists, segments, tags, and records to ensure data consistency and organization
  • Provide first-level support to internal teams using the CRM, helping resolve basic issues and escalating more complex requests when needed
  • Track CRM performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and lead activity, and assist in building reports or dashboards
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to support CRM-related requests and ensure processes are followed correctly
  • Help document CRM workflows, processes, and best practices to improve efficiency and support onboarding
  • Show curiosity and interest in learning deeper CRM configuration (automations, forms, fields) and participating in process improvement projects over time

Requirements

This role is a great fit if you are someone who:

  • Has a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Has basic experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Follow Up Boss, or similar
  • Is detail-oriented and comfortable managing data accurately
  • Communicates clearly in English, both written and verbal
  • Works well cross-functionally and enjoys collaborating with marketing, sales, and support teams
  • Is organized, proactive, and able to follow instructions while managing daily tasks independently
  • Is comfortable working with tools like Excel or CRM dashboards to review performance data
  • Has a basic understanding of email marketing, segmentation, automation, and reporting (a plus)
