Microsoft Dynamics Admin/Dev

NFORMATION:

  • Fulltime Opportunity
  • Hybrid - 2 days in office (St. Louis, MO)
  • Candidate must be willing to do a video + onsite interview

They use Sales and Customer Service Modules

They support the call center - case management and customer service

They use Power Apps and Power Automate and need to know how that works with Microsoft Dynamics

They are tight team/group who are spread out between 5 different banks, STL, Minn, Chicago, Philadelphia, and ATL. MUST mesh well with the team.

How work is divided:

Agile process with 10AM huddle each morning

Go over daily activities

Check to see if there are any roadblocks
