As part of our mission to continuously improve service quality, weโ€™re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Complaints & Disputes Analyst I to join our team in our Tucson office. This role is critical in ensuring consistency, compliance, and excellence across all customer interactions. Qualified candidates will have strong background in compliance and a willingness to work in accurate yet fast paced environment. Bilingual a plus!

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate customer correspondence for quality and compliance;
  • Determine appropriate processing routes based on internal standards and escalation criteria;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of complaints/disputes;
  • Conduct ad hoc audits to support compliance oversight and quality assurance;
  • Identify trends and recommend improvements to training and processes;
  • Comply with office Policies and Procedures;
  • Comply with local and national laws and regulation;
  • Document detailed and accurate notes within our office collection software
