You will report into the AIM VP - ALM.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Own and execute specific recurring monthly regulatory ALM processes, such as Principle-Based Reserving (PBR), including analysis, validation, and supporting the transition from manual to automated workflows.

  • Develop, maintain, and improve financial and risk models and ad hoc analysis to understand financial risks and outcomes, supporting actuarial functions ensuring compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and lead initiatives to automate and enhance integration of regulatory and strategic ALM analyses.
  • Communicate effectively across internal teams to align analysis, support decision-making, and foster collaborative problem-solving.
  • Leverage artificial intelligence tools and emerging technologies to enhance modeling, analysis, and process automation.

What you bring:
  • 2+ years required: experience within a life insurance or related financial services company focused on ALM or related functions.
  • Modelling experience is critical and familiarity with actuarial modelling specifically is preferred.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills to an executive audience.
  • Four year degree required: Quantitative field including mathematics, engineering, economics, actuarial science or related.
  • You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas.

Job posting range:
