Job Summary:

As an Entry Level Account Executive, you’ll begin your career journey by learning the foundations of recruitment and sales, gaining hands-on experience in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. With the guidance of seasoned professionals and a structured, progressive training path, you’ll have everything you need to succeed as you grow into an Account Executive role.


What You’ll Do:

Phase 1: Learn the fundamentals of the Medix recruiting process

  • Source and identify qualified candidates using diverse channels, including job boards, networking groups, and other creative outlets.
  • Evaluate candidates through phone screens, virtual interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks.
  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly performance quotas for screenings, interviews, reference checks, and resume submissions.
  • Generate and pursue sales leads to expand business opportunities.
  • Engage in weekly progress meetings to strengthen product knowledge and recruitment strategies.


Phase 2: Sales Development

  • Participate in sales role plays to strengthen communication and closing skills.
  • Engage in progress meetings to enhance product and sales knowledge.
  • Shadow account executives during client meetings to gain hands-on experience.
  • Take part in ongoing coaching sessions, role plays, and weekly progress meetings.
  • Conduct cold calls to secure new meetings with prospective clients.
  • Build and develop territory by identifying and qualifying potential prospects.


Phase 3: Move into Account Executive role

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and prospective clients through networking associations, groups, and social media engagement.
  • Generate new business opportunities by sourcing leads and securing meetings via cold calling, email campaigns, and direct outreach.
  • Present and effectively sell Medix staffing solutions to meet client needs.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to drive growth and market presence.
  • Negotiate and manage client contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and deliver results.
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly performance quotas for outreach, calls, and client meetings.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of issues.

  • Sales Impact: Exceeding sales quotas, contributing to revenue growth, and collaborating effectively with the team.
