We are looking for an exceptional Preschool Lead Teacher.
This is not an entry-level teaching position.
We are searching for an experienced early childhood educator who knows how to create an engaging classroom where children are learning, exploring, and having fun every day.
Our ideal teacher naturally builds strong relationships with children, maintains an organized classroom, confidently manages behaviors, and keeps children actively involved throughout the day. If you have a passion for teaching preschool and take pride in running a well-managed classroom, we would love to meet you.
What You'll Do
  • Lead a Preschool classroom using The Creative Curriculum
  • Create engaging, hands-on learning experiences every day
  • Maintain excellent classroom management using positive guidance techniques
  • Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
  • Work as a true team with your Teacher Assistant
  • Communicate professionally with families
  • Keep your classroom organized, clean, and prepared

You are someone who:
  • Has successful experience teaching in a Preschool classroom

  • Is organized, dependable, and takes initiative

  • Has experience implementing The Creative Curriculum
Qualifications
  • CDA in Preschool or Associate's/Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or closely related field)
  • Previous Preschool Lead Teacher experience
  • Experience using The Creative Curriculum
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
