Job description

We are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant/Customer Support representative who is dependable and willing to grow with the company, with exceptional customer service skills as well as supporting our staff.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Assistant to all departments with daily tasks (filing, copying, spreadsheets, etc.)
  • Support sales, purchasing, and the production fab cleanroom
  • Daily database entry
  • Light phones - mainly taking messages and directing calls to the appropriate party
  • Assist customers with scheduling orders and logistics
  • Able to use email application for communicating internally and externally
  • Processing customer incoming orders – prep orders for the fab using cleanroom protocols 
  • Shipping orders when complete - ability to use courier applications (Occasional lifting up to 40 pounds)
  • Process documents using MS Office
  • Understanding and following ISO systematic processes
  • Conduct business with professional business ethics
  • Develop, maintain, and improve customer relationships

Qualifications:
  • Entry level (experience a plus)
  • Punctuality a must!
  • Extremely detail-oriented, team-oriented, and well-organized
  • Excellent verbal and written skills 
  • Able to multitask
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Good communication skills
  • PC skills required: 
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Access-data entry, PowerPoint) - Basic skills a must!

  • Education: AA degree or relevant experience
