Over the Top Counseling Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. • Conduct detailed assessments of clients’ mental health issues to understand their unique circumstances, establish clinical diagnoses, and tailor individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
• Provide timely crisis intervention services, offering immediate support for clients facing acute mental health challenges, thereby ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and adherence to ethical guidelines and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care for each client.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, coping strategies, and available community resources. Advocate for clients’ rights and needs to improve their treatment experiences.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training workshops and seminars, ensuring your practice remains aligned with the latest mental health best practices.

Your role will involve working with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Each client presents unique backgrounds and challenges in their mental health journey, and you will assess and address issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship conflicts and trauma. Your efforts will contribute significantly to enhancing the quality of life for individuals struggling with their mental health.

• A valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Texas.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field such as counseling, psychology, social work, or a related discipline.
• Proficient clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities, with a strong focus on creating positive client outcomes.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping those in need.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• A commitment to ethical standards and professionalism in all client interactions.

While prior experience in a clinical setting is advantageous, it is not a requirement for entry-level candidates who demonstrate strong foundational skills and a desire to learn and grow within the field. Candidates with experience working with diverse populations or specialized therapeutic methods will be given preference during the hiring process.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with additional benefits. Employees may also receive a sign-on bonus as part of their package.
