This position is a full-time, remote role, allowing you to deliver vital services from the comfort of your own space while maintaining flexibility. You will engage with clients through telehealth platforms, ensuring that high standards of care are upheld in virtual interactions. • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, leading to accurate clinical diagnoses and tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities that align with clients' unique goals and circumstances.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health crises, ensuring safety and stability.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care strategies for clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health resources, treatment options, and advocate for their needs and rights.
• Stay updated on the latest best practices in mental health therapy through ongoing training, workshops, and professional development initiatives.

Your work will primarily involve diverse populations seeking support for various mental health conditions. This includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. You will engage with clients from different backgrounds, contexts, and demographics, offering culturally sensitive care that promotes their mental and emotional well-being.

• Currently licensed as a Mental Health Therapist in Texas (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Have a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
• Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive client interactions.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team atmosphere.

• Previous experience in a clinical mental health setting is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
