Job description

About us

Celeb Haircare is the creator of Celeb Luxury and CelebPro, two professional brands focused on clean, high-performance color care and styling. Celeb Luxury is an award-winning pioneer in color-depositing shampoos and conditioners. While we're rooted in professional salon culture, our fastest-growing channel is direct-to-consumer: our web store and marketplace presence put our boldest colors straight into customers' hands.

The role

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dania Beach, FL, with a primary focus on growing our direct-to-consumer e-commerce business.

You'll plan, build, and optimize paid social and digital ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other channels to drive online sales, new-customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness, while keeping our organic social presence vibrant and on-brand.

Day to day, that means audience and keyword research, ad copywriting, creative briefing, campaign setup, A/B testing, and performance monitoring, alongside managing budgets and reporting on ROI. You'll analyze DTC growth metrics (ROAS, CAC, conversion rate) and work with our creative, sales, and customer-support teams to keep messaging consistent, support promotions and product launches, and turn our color content into measurable revenue.

This is also a creative role. You'll work closely with our in-house art director on the marketing angle behind the content and digital assets we produce, making sure every piece is built to land with the right audience and convert. You'll also work directly with management on broader brand questions, from positioning to how we present ourselves across channels.

What we're looking for

  • Professional experience in social media and/or digital marketing (this is not an entry-level role)
  • Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across platforms: building, optimizing, budgeting, and reporting
  • Demonstrated success driving DTC and e-commerce growth, improving ROAS and lowering customer acquisition cost. A portfolio or examples of campaigns you've run and accounts you've grown is a major plus
  • Experience in beauty, haircare, fashion, or consumer brands
  • Strong content, copywriting, and short-form video instincts across platforms
  • Proficiency with analytics and KPIs: ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate
  • Skilled at audience and competitor research, and at turning data into next steps
  • A clear communicator who collaborates well across diverse teams
  • Familiarity with Shopify, email/SMS platforms, or tools like Canva and CapCut is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience

How to apply

Apply through LinkedIn with your resume and a short note or portfolio showing the paid campaigns you've run and the DTC and social accounts you've grown.

Celeb Luxury is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to building an inclusive workplace.
