Electrical Maintenance Technician
Department: Manufacturing & Distribution - Skilled Jobs

Reporting To: Ken Smith
Compensation: $24.26 - $32.58 / hour
Description
ASC Engineered Solutions is looking for an Electrical Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment in a metal stamping and assembly environment. Supports production by ensuring presses, automation, and facility systems operate safely and efficiently.
Two positions available: 2nd and 3rd shift
How You Will Help:
  • Diagnose and repair electrical issues on presses, conveyors, and automated equipment
  • Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and electrical systems
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and PLC logic
  • Troubleshoot motors, drives, sensors, and control systems
  • Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Follow all safety standards, including LOTO procedures

What You Will Bring:
  • 2+ years of electrical maintenance experience in manufacturing
  • Knowledge of PLCs, industrial controls, and troubleshooting techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, production environment
  • Electrical certification or relevant technical training preferred
