In this role, you'll play a vital part in developing detailed technical drawings and 3D models that support the production of transformer components powering essential energy systems worldwide.

How you'll make an impact
  • Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings, layouts, and models using CAD tools (CREO)
  • Translate engineering sketches and specifications into accurate technical documentation
  • Prepare and maintain bills of materials (BOMs) and parts lists
  • Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to support design and project needs
  • Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards
  • Maintain and update drawing archives and document control systems
  • Identify opportunities to improve drafting processes and efficiency
  • Support preparation of technical reports and project documentation
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your background
  • Associate degree in Drafting, Design, Engineering Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in engineering drafting, ideally in industrial or energy sectors
  • Proficiency with CREO and 3D CAD modeling tools preferred
  • Strong knowledge of drafting principles, including GD&T
  • Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and collaboration skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
