About the role:
As an Engineer I on our Rod Control and Position Indication System (RC&PIS) team, you will support a broad range of engineering activities associated with Rod Control (RC) and Rod Position Indication (RPI) systems. Responsibilities include system design, testing, documentation, and production support for various RC and RPI systems.
Travel for this position is approximately 0-10%.
You will report to the Manager, Rod Control and Position Indication Systems and will work at our New Stanton, PA office. No relocation will be provided for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain RC and RPI system drawings and design documentation
  • Support production of various systems and assemblies both internally and at external vendors
  • Develop test procedures and execute hardware, software, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for RC and RPI systems
  • Prepare detailed test reports and document test results
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during design, manufacturing, and testing activities
  • Assist in troubleshooting operating plant RC and RPI issues
  • Support requirements management activities, including requirements capture, decomposition and allocation

Qualifications:
  • BS in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
  • Engineering tools such as AutoCAD or Altium
  • Familiarity with hardware testing and troubleshooting activities
  • Engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
