  • Convey advanced science and engineering topics into successful, industry relevant, and compelling content
  • Research and develop a working understanding of COMSOL's target audiences, industries, and use cases to create content that is aligned with our marketing objectives
  • Interview customers and colleagues to produce stories that support COMSOL's positioning
  • Apply content best practices to increase discoverability and engagement
  • Iterate on content based on performance data, feedback, and evolving business priorities
  • Support the Communications team with content for press releases and third-party publications
  • As you grow, you may also:
    • Write scripts for video projects
    • Assist in publishing blog and social media posts
    • Contribute to content planning by identifying gaps, opportunities, and themes based on audience needs and marketing priorities

Minimum Qualifications
  • Exceptional writing skills and understanding of the English language, grammar, syntax, and information organization
  • Passion for engaging your audience, regardless of subject matter
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Openness to feedback and revising content based on constructive input and marketing goals
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Current eligibility to work in the U.S. is required. No sponsorship for employment-based visas will be offered for this position. F-1 visa holders not accepted.

Helpful Qualifications
  • Strong ability to grasp, analyze, and communicate technical subject matter
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience creating B2B content with a defined audience and marketing objective
  • Experience with writing text that appears within a digital interface, such as on a website
  • Knowledge of best practices in SEO, digital marketing, and social media
  • Proficiency in using JIRA and Confluence

Please submit a writing sample that demonstrates your ability to create clear, audience-focused content with a defined purpose (for example, marketing, educational, or business-facing content).
