Job description

Perform an array of functions to assist machine shop personnel.


Job Description

 Assist with upkeep of robotic machines; consisting of adding coolant and oil

 Load and unload finished pieces from robotic machines

 Placing finished materials on pallets for shipment

 Keeping shop floor clean at all times

 Assisting shipping department

 Observe necessary safety precautions

 Cross-train on alternate assignments and perform duties in other work areas as needed.

 Any other duties as requested by respective supervisor and/or manager


Qualifications

 Experience operating a forklift

 Stable work history, preferably in a manufacturing environment

 Can work independently with minimal supervision

 Committed to working safely at all times including a commitment to the policies and

procedures of the operation

 Positive attitude and a good team member


Physical Requirements

 Able to work outdoors in all adverse weather conditions: extreme heat and cold

 Ability to complete the physical aspects of the job including long period of standing,

bending, twisting, walking, lifting, repetitive climbing, etc.

 Willing to reliably fulfill the designated work schedule inclusive of overtime
