Allpoints Surveying is seeking a Project Administrator to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will be service-oriented and collaborative with strong communication skills. The Project Administrator is responsible for delivering superior service to each customer by coordinating project activities, maintaining consistent communication, and ensuring projects are completed timely and accurately.
Responsibilities
• Serves as a liaison between customers, builders, vendors, and other internal departments.
• Acts as a source of information by responding to customer inquiries.
• Develops and maintains close business relationships with customers.
• Keeps accurate records of customer interactions.
• Receives and processes purchase orders from customers.
• Communicates project updates to customers and other internal departments.
• Prepares billing invoices for services rendered.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of home builder surveying and/or understanding of new home construction processes preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook) required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• High degree of attention to detail required.
• Strong organizational skills required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment required.
Working Conditions
This role follows a five-day (5) workweek in the Houston office from Monday to Friday, with eligibility to work a hybrid schedule upon meeting requirements.
