Job description

Entry Level Production Worker

Join a dynamic and fast-paced team environment dedicated to the general production and assembly of products. This role involves using small hand tools and light power tools to create sub-assemblies, assemblies, and finished products. You will also be responsible for the out-box packaging process and operating production equipment such as flat wash and presses. Adaptability and the ability to learn quickly are essential in this high-pressure setting.

Responsibilities

  • Construct sub-assemblies, assemblies, and finished products using hand tools and power tools.
  • Perform the out-box packaging process efficiently.
  • Operate production equipment including flat wash and presses.
  • Ensure the quality of products by adhering to safety and quality protocols.

Essential Skills

  • Ability to learn and work at a fast pace.
  • Experience in manufacturing or assembly is preferred.
  • Capability to work long hours on feet.
  • Proficiency in reading and comprehending standard work instructions.
  • Effective communication skills in English.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • At least one year of recent experience in a fast-paced environment (within the last 18 months).
  • Minimum of one year experience using hand or power tools.

Pay and Benefits
