What You'll Do as an Installer

  • Install closet shelving, mirrors, shower doors, bath accessories, and other specialty building products in new and existing homes.
  • Read installation instructions, CAD drawings, and project specifications to complete each installation accurately.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and efficiently throughout the workday.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and teammates to answer installation-related questions and provide excellent service.
  • Inspect completed work for quality, identify installation issues or defects, and communicate concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite and company vehicle while following our safety procedures.
  • Complete required job documentation accurately and keep projects moving toward completion on time and to our quality standards.

  • Mechanically Inclined: Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, levels, and a tape measure to complete hands-on work. CAD experience and the ability to read blueprints are a plus.
