Counter Sales-Entry Level
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated, detail oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a counter sales associate. This role is ideal for someone with an interest in HVAC or plumbing products, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
In this position, you will be a key point of contact for customers-answering inquiries, recommending products, processing transactions, and ensuring a clean, organized work environment. Additional responsibilities include assisting with inventory management, stocking shelves, coordinating material transfers between branches and vendors, and maintaining accurate computer records.
The right candidate will enjoy problem-solving, working in a team-oriented environment, and contributing to the overall success of the sales department.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior customer service, retail, or sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
