We're looking for an energetic, motivated Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative to help grow our customer relationships and support our expanding business. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone and email.
  • Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
  • Learn and promote Royal Apparel's product lines and services.
  • Participate in virtual meetings with customers and prospects.
  • Work closely with customer service and production teams to ensure a great customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
  • Meet individual and team sales goals.
  • Represent Royal Apparel at industry trade shows and customer events, with occasional travel possibly required.
