  • Create and revise fabrication drawings using CAD software.
  • Assist with measuring and documenting customer projects.
  • Learn to produce accurate shop drawings for manufacturing.
  • Support estimating and job planning as experience grows.

  • Work alongside welders and fabricators to understand manufacturing processes.
  • Assist with shop organization and maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support daily operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Technical school or college coursework in AutoCAD
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to read a tape measure and basic blueprints (or willingness to learn).
  • Comfortable working in both an office and industrial shop environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
  • Valid driver's license.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the workday.
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Must be able to safely work around welding, fabrication, and heavy equipment.

NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
