Power3 Solutions is supporting cybersecurity and physical security firm supporting the nation's most critical systems and infrastructure. We're seeking detail-oriented, security-cleared IT Equipment Space Managers (Junior Level) to support government-operated data centers in the Ft. Meade area. In this hands-on role, you will manage equipment, space, and access for high-security environments while ensuring the accountability and cleanliness of mission-critical computer rooms.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
  • Manage physical space, power, cooling, and inventory in medium-scale data centers (2-3 computer rooms).
  • Track and document all equipment installations, removals, and maintenance activities.
  • Maintain access control lists and enforce entry procedures per agency policy.
  • Perform routine audits and inspections of the machine/computer rooms.
  • Coordinate property management functions and update tracking databases.
  • Generate accurate reports and respond to after-hours service requests as needed.
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and operational integrity of all assigned rooms.
  • Provide basic guidance and training to personnel accessing the space.
