Finishing Specialist
Entry Level - Starting at $19/hr.


As an Entry Level Finishing Specialist, you will inspect and remove burrs from Aerospace products using various manual and automatic tools.

Essential Functions:

  • Perform visual part inspections
  • Use of manual and automatic hand tools for deburring Aerospace components
  • Scan parts to complete operations and maintain process records
  • Work with the Quality department for part approval

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills
  • Knowledge of essential hand tools
  • Attention to Detail
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • Excellent attendance record
  • Good Hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to work in an individual or team setting
  • Drive to take initiative
  • Reliable team member willing to work additional hours when needed

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds on occasion
  • Work is performed in a climate-controlled work environment

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts Monday – Friday
  • One 20-minute paid meal break & one 10-minute paid rest break
  • 1st Shift 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
  • 2nd Shift 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
  • 3rd Shift 10:00 pm - 6:00 am

Employment Criteria:

This position includes access or potential access to ITAR technical data. Therefore, candidates will need to qualify as a US Person, which is defined as a US Citizen, a Permanent Resident who does not work for a foreign company/foreign government/foreign governmental agency or organization, or a political asylee in compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations.
