Description

Essential Functions Statement(s)

Assist the HR team with daily office operations including but not limited to:

  • Meet and Greet guests of HR
  • Assists with Hiring Events
  • Assists with End of Season Unemployment documentation
  • Provides Data Entry as assigned
  • Assists with Team Member survey's and benefit open enrollment
  • Maintenance of personnel files
  • Update and create employee ID's
  • Coordinate and track employee recognition programs
  • Answer phones, sort mail, fax
  • Process in employees to include compliance with drug screening procedure and ordering backgrounds/MVR/credit checks
  • Provide assistance with Employee Relations/Functions/Events
  • Assists with special events and projects as needed

Occasionally works on-park for other departments during special events; willing to be trained to function as a park team member, as needed by park operations.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Primary work space will be an indoor, professional office setting; occasionally requires outdoor work in all weather conditions.

General

SKILLS & ABILITIES Education: High school diploma, or equivalent

Experience: 6 months - 2 years general office experience; experience in a human resources office, preferred

Computer Skills: Must have strong computer skills, including intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and the ability to quickly learn unfamiliar programs needed in the position

Physical Requirements: Vision – near, distance, color, peripheral, depth Sense of sound and ability to hear with both ears Sense of touch
