Job Summary:
Expedition Technology is focused on developing advanced capabilities to support the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense. They are seeking a Computer Vision Engineer to contribute to AI/ML efforts for geospatial intelligence and data fusion, optimizing machine learning models and collaborating on deployable capabilities.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Develop and optimize machine learning and computer vision models, including support for hyperspectral imagery and multi-modal sensor data
โ€ข Build algorithms for detection, tracking, and data fusion across complex datasets
โ€ข Collaborate across small, multidisciplinary teams to translate research into deployable capabilities
โ€ข Contribute to both algorithm development and software implementation, helping turn innovative approaches into mission-ready systems
โ€ข Support solutions deployed across cloud and low size, weight, and power (SWaP) environments
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Experience in machine learning, computer vision, or related AI/ML fields
โ€ข Strong foundation in algorithm development and data-driven problem solving
โ€ข Ability and willingness to write production-quality software in support of ML systems
โ€ข A collaborative mindset and desire to contribute to a team where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts
โ€ข This role requires a Top Secret (TS) clearance and the ability to obtain SCI access
