Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
As an Associate at IBM, you'll work with clients to help solve real-world business challenges through technology, innovation, and consulting.

Your role and responsibilities
As an Associate Package Specialist at IBM, you'll help organizations operate, support, and continuously improve enterprise applications that enable critical business processes. As part of our Workday Enterprise Application Operations practice, you will learn more about:

No two projects are exactly alike-you could support clients across industries including healthcare, financial services, retail, manufacturing, government, and more. Work side-by-side with experienced consultants, enterprise application specialists, and technology professionals to solve real-world business challenges. We're not looking for experts-we hire for potential, curiosity, and a passion for learning. You'll gain exposure to how enterprise platforms such as Workday support critical business processes across areas including human resources, workforce management, talent management, finance, and other enterprise operations, while learning how technology enables and improves these business processes.
To give yourself the best opportunity for success, we advise applying only to roles that align with your skills and experience, rather than applying broadly across all entry-level positions.
