Job Description

The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will support retail technology initiatives, particularly within user experience (UX), digital channels, and delivery teams. This role involves working across a variety of customer-facing applications and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements
  • Write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Manage and prioritize backlog items
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team deliverables
  • Support projects related to e-commerce and customer-facing digital experiences
  • Work on features involving financial calculations such as fees, rates, and lending products
