  • Support the build-out of ETL/ELT pipelines and data models using Microsoft Fabric and related tools.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data transformation, validation, and reporting.
  • Contribute to Power BI report and dashboard development, including data modeling and DAX.
  • Help ensure data accuracy and consistency across client environments.

Microsoft Fabric & Cloud Platforms
  • Develop familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI as core delivery platforms.
  • Support the configuration and testing of cloud data workflows under senior guidance.
  • Stay current on Microsoft Fabric innovations, AI Copilot features, and emerging data capabilities.

  • Assist with documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer artifacts.
  • Proactively flag risks or blockers to project leads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a professional services environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related technical role; internship or academic project experience is considered.

  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure or Microsoft Fabric, is preferred.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication with the ability to present ideas concisely.
  • Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced consulting environment with multiple concurrent workstreams.
