Business Analyst
Do you want to help ExampleCorp grow? We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. You'll be responsible for analyzing our business processes and finding ways to improve them. If you're excited about working with a small team to make a big impact, we want to hear from you. This position is based in our headquarters in Los Angeles, CA.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe following areas of focus will be central to your role in this position:
- Work with stakeholders to identify and document business needs
- Elicit requirements using various techniques such as interviews, focus groups, workshops, etc.
- Analyze business requirements and produce corresponding business and technical specifications
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that requirements are understood and properly translated into technical designs
- Ensure that the solutions delivered by the development team meet the business requirements
- Maintain a requirements traceability matrix to ensure that all requirements are accounted for during the project life cycle
- Conduct impact analysis of changes to business requirements
