Job description

Role - Agentic AI Engineer

Location - Monrovia, CA

Contract to hire : 3-6 months contract to Hire FTE

Visa - USC

Relocation - Accepted

Reporting to the Sr. Director IT – Enterprise Applications, the incumbent will assist in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Agentic AI solutions using Oracle AI, Salesforce Agentforce, Abacus.AI, and enterprise integrations. This entry-level role focuses on intelligent automation across Oracle Fusion ERP, Salesforce, and other enterprise applications.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

AI Solution Development

  • Develop and maintain Agentic AI solutions using Oracle AI, Salesforce Agentforce, and Abacus.AI.
  • Assist in prompt engineering and AI workflow development.
  • Develop conversational AI assistants.

Application Integration

  • Integrate AI agents with Oracle Fusion ERP, Salesforce and ComplianceQuest.
  • Support API testing and troubleshooting.

AI Engineering

  • Build Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
  • Assist with AI model testing, deployment, and monitoring.

Software Development

  • Develop using Python, JavaScript, SQL, Git, and low-code AI platforms.

Testing & Production Support

  • Validate AI responses, execute test cases, troubleshoot production issues, and document solutions.

Innovation

  • Research Oracle AI, Salesforce Agentforce, Abacus.AI, Microsoft Copilot, and emerging AI technologies.

Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION & TRAINING

Bachelor''''s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.

1–3 years of software development or AI engineering experience.

 

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience with Python or JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, JSON, and Git.
  • Exposure to Oracle Cloud, Salesforce, Azure, or AWS preferred.
  • Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, MCP or RAG is desirable.
  • Exposure to Oracle Fusion ERP or Salesforce is a plus.
