Job description

Position : In House Service Specialist(Troubleshoot and Customer Service Exp) – Urgent Need

Location : Salt Lake City, UT

Duration : 3 Months Contract

Total Hours/week : 40.00a

1st shift

Description:

  • Field Assurance complaint Handling, may also do some trouble shooting for Ultrasound equipment over the phone or assist the customer with next steps.
  • Must have good communication verbally and written (emails).
  • Respond to customer telephone inquiries by providing diagnostic and other assistance on the basic, legacy, high call volume queue platforms supported and serviced by BclientD.
  • Provide follow-up service by calling customers who have recently had service interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation on service tickets.
  • Follow up on shipped parts that require a parts return (RMA). Complete service documentation as required. Interface and work closely with advanced support specialists as required.

Experience:

  • more entry level, candidate out of Tech school, computer science.
  • Experience with troubleshooting, tech customer service, wide range technical background over phone accepted.
  • medical background not required, Networking, windows tech support.. etc.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum High school diploma, GED. If no Tech school degree.
  • Must have at least 2-3 years experience in a related area or equivalency required.
  • Demonstrated human relations and communication skills.
  • Experience in Word Processing and spreadsheets, and strong telephone skills.
  • Ability to work with customers and sales representatives to troubleshoot possible issues with capital equipment.
