Compensation: $17/hr.

Employment type: Part Time about 6 hours a day (Flexible)

We are a longstanding Retail Packaging distributor located in East Rutherford, NJ looking for an Entry Level Office Assistant in a Small Office.
Students will be heavily considered, especially those in Computer Science or Business courses. This role was fulfilled previously by a student.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reply promptly to customer emails and inquiries

  • Answering the phones in a professional manner

  • Assisting in processing of daily orders

  • Assisting with general clerical task as needed

  • Creating UPS small package labels and booking LTL freight

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
