The Opportunity
As a Finance Transformation Consultant - Finance Operations, Experienced Associate, you will engage with clients to enhance their financial performance and decision-making processes. Within our Finance practice, you will analyze financial data, develop performance metrics, and design frameworks that drive operational efficiency and strategic objectives. Your role will involve providing guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, helping clients optimize their financial strategies.
As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will be expected to adapt to diverse client needs and team dynamics, using these challenges as opportunities for growth.
In this role, you will take ownership of your development, actively seeking feedback and applying a learning mindset. You will gather information from various sources to analyze facts and discern patterns, committing to understanding how the business works and building commercial awareness.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing financial data to develop performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Designing and implementing performance management frameworks to enhance financial decision-making
- Providing guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to drive operational efficiency
- Developing financial solutions to optimize client financial performance and achieve strategic objectives
- Conducting complex data analysis to inform financial strategies and recommendations
- Utilizing financial management software to streamline financial reporting and analysis
- Collaborating with clients to understand their financial needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $61,000 - $100,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
