Job description

GyanSys is looking for a Junior SAP Operations Support Consultant in Montreal, CA.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide rapid, first-line, face-to-face troubleshooting and support for plant employees experiencing issues with SAP modules (predominantly MM, PP, SD, or FICO).
  • Work directly with warehouse staff, floor operators, and supply chain teams to solve real-time inventory anomalies, material movements, and production confirmation roadblocks.
  • Create, maintain, and update user-friendly process maps, operations documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for on-site plant personnel.


Qualifications & Requirements:


  • 2 years of hands-on exposure to SAP (S/4HANA or ECC) through internships, academic projects, or entry-level consulting experience.
  • Bilingual (French and English) is strongly preferred to comfortably communicate with both local shop-floor operators and corporate leadership.
  • On-site Presence: Must be fully capable and willing to work 100% on-site
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
